Here are some websites I can recommend. If you have a minute check them out:
Authors

www.maryodonohue.com – My sister, Mary O’Donohue, is the author of “When You Say Thank You Mean It, and 11 Other Lessons for Instilling Lifelong Values in Your Children.” It’s a wonderful book and I’m so proud to share it with you.
Quilters
www.thequiltshow.com
Alex Anderson and Ricky Tims have teamed up to produce & host a great internet based show. I am absolutely hooked on it.
www.rosehughes.com
I’ve been lucky enough to get to know this amazing quilt artist, teacher and author. If you love art quilts, you will love Rose.
Groups Doing Great Things
www.fuseinc.org
FUSE provides information, resources and support to Indiana families raising children with special needs. As a producer, I was privileged to profile this wonderful group on the show “Hallmark Heroes.” Please contact them for information, or to offer support to this very worthwhile cause.
www.carecampforkids.com
So many families are affected by Alzheimer’s Disease, including kids, who are often confused by the changes in their grandparent, neighbor, or family friend. In my years as a producer, I did a story about a Connecticut based organization that helps kids deal with this life change, and helps Alzheimer’s patients as well. I wanted to pass it along for those of you dealing with this very challenging disease.
